Refund policy
Return , Exchange & Cancellation Policy
At Rune we do allow you to return or exchange the product only once within 7 days of delivery by dropping us an email at orders@therunestudio.com.
Only products which are unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and retaining the original tags, in original packaging are eligible for return/exchange. To avoid exchanging your order, be sure to view our size chart carefully before placing your order to make the purchase seamless.
In case of any damaged/ defective or missing products in your order kindly reach out to us at orders@therunestudio.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will not be able to help you if this timeline is exceeded.
Return Process:
1) In Case of a return we do not provide money refund but you will be provided with a credit note.
2)The credit note will be valid for 90 days from the date of issue and cannot be broken into parts or clubbed with any other discount or offer. Items purchased via credit note, will not be applicable for another exchange.
3) Please email us at orders@therunestudio.com and follow the steps below:
- Kindly share your order number and full name.
- Item to be returned.
- Reason for return.
Once the above information is received, a pickup will be generated within 48 hours. Upon receiving the product(s), it will be sent for a quality check, and once it passes the quality check within 2-7 days of return you will be issued a credit note.
Exchange Process:
Please email us at orders@therunestudio.com and follow the steps below.
- Kindly share your order number and full name.
- Item to be exchanged with size (original order).
- Replacement item with size .
- Please note that the replacement item should be of either the same value or more.
- Reason for Exchange.
Once the above information is received, a pickup will be generated within 48 hours. Upon receiving the product(s), it will be sent for a quality check, and once it passes the quality check within 2-7 days your replacement will be re-shipped. You will be shared the payment details to clear the balance amount before shipping in case you exchange with a product having higher value.
Cancellations:
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours or prior to shipping (whichever comes earlier). In order to cancel, please send an email to us at email address: orders@therunestudio.com with subject line: "CANCEL ORDER <order number>"
Orders cannot be canceled once they are shipped.
Disclaimer:
- Please note that there can be certain variations in the actual garment colour compared to the picture shown on the website. We try to take pictures in a setting that is the closest to what the product looks like in reality. However, there are times when the camera lens cannot match the exact colour and thus slight differences are unavoidable.
- We work a lot on digital prints that are printed in a continuity so the placement of the motifs can vary each garment but we make sure that the concept and essence of the garment remains unchanged.
