Shipping policy

1.Shipping for all prepaid orders within India is Free.

2.All the orders are dispatched within 2-7 business days from the date of placing the order.

3.The customers will receive an intimation once the product is dispatched. The customers can expect the delivery within 5-7 days from the date of dispatch with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order.

4.If you have placed an order with multiple items, please note that your items may arrive in multiple shipments. The estimated delivery times are indicative, and, on some occasions, there might be some unavoidable delays beyond our control. We will keep you informed in case of any delays.

5.If the package has not reached you by the expected delivery date, please write to us at orders@therunestudio.com and we will try our best to resolve your issues.

6.The products are eligible for return/exchange within 7 days from the date of shipment delivery.

7.Your orders will only be processed and packed during the operation hours. Our mailing team operates from 10.00 am to 6.00 pm, Monday - Saturday (exclusive of Public Holidays).
